Caramel sauce¶

- Sugar
- Water
- Golden Syrup

Part 1¶
In a saucepan, add the sugar and slowly add water. Ensure you completely dissolve the sugar in the water.
Part 2¶
Boil your dissolved sugar until all water has evaporated. The bubble will change when most water has evaporated. When the sugar starts to turn into a blond colour, add the golden syrup. Add the same amount as your caramel. Do not stir, but ensure the syrup is well mixed with the forming caramel.
